Grant opened Grant & Associates in 1986, determined to become the best provider of vocational rehabilitation services in southwest Washington serving injured workers in the Washington State Worker’s Compensation system. Grant & Associates helps employers and injured workers maneuver through a claims system utilizing their extensive experience and expertise without jeopardizing the interests of their customers or clients.

In August 2005, Julie and her two best friends in the industry, Katie Bennett and Debby Duchan, merged their two companies together.
