Cascadia PM was formed in 2003 when Jill Grenier, through her years of work with wireless carriers, recognized that the continuing wave of new technologies in the wireless industry created a need for specialized professional program management. Her goal was to establish a company that would provide professional services with a focus on client satisfaction and quality service at an excellent value. Cascadia PM, based in Olympia, has grown to 5 offices that provide services to wireless and alternative energy companies throughout the West, including Hawaii.
